This card is made with a Spellbinders Club Kit. I love the flower! I added some gesso to it for highlights and an artsy look. The elements are die cut from Oxide Inked papers. More Gesso Resist Card Technique

Here is another card using the gesso resist technique. It's so easy and gives a little bit of a different effect than similar techniques. The purple and blue are a fun change from my usual. Card Using Gesso Resist Technique

I cut an A2-sized card panel and used white gesso through a stencil. It needs to dry thoroughly! I blended Distress Oxides on in three different colors. The color doesn't stay where the gesso is! I had some scraps from previous projects that I had used Color Bursts and Nuvo Shimmer Powders on watercolor paper. I used those to cut the leaves and flowers from Spellbinders dies.
