I used Jane Davenport Ink for the bright,
bold wash. It’s a very cheerful card!
I made some layers and popped them up on foam
adhesive. I used the Spellbinders die cuts
for the sentiments.
The candles were die cut from mixed media paper
that had color burst powders. The flames
were cut from gold card.
