BREAD MACHINE with ceramic pan. Of course, you can make this dough in a stand mixture and bake in a bread pan in the oven, but a bread machine does an excellent job at kneading, provides a perfect warmth for rising, and if wanted, is the perfect little bread oven. I love bread machines and think they are a worthwhile investment that is paid off quickly. To buy a quality loaf of bread without chemical stuff can cost nearly $7-8 dollars a loaf!
