Cook from Frozen Instant Pot Roast

I often forget to thaw my protein in time to cook it. The Instant Pot (or whatever pressure cooker you have) is an amazing machine that can solve your dinner problems. This was a frozen chuck roast (from my deep freezer) that was tender and ready to go with mostly hands-off cooking. Cooking the root vegetables towards the end keeps them from becoming mushy.
