Now, don’t chuckle. I think of this lady as my fashion librarian. It’s just in my head. π Seriously, if you love drawing clothing, these fashion templates are an amazing help! There is another set that I trace with, if you prefer that kind. They are just as useful. Between the two sets, you can draw just about any pose! I trace lightly with a pencil, then go in with my design, erasing any unwanted pencil marks. Easy peasy!
You don’t have to give them faces and hair, but they might like you better if you do. π I have some other posts on my blog if you search under fashion sketches. What a fun way to fill your sketchbook! You could make them even more whimsical by giving them animal heads. Just because. If you want to learn to draw without templates, Jane Davenport has some great books and art supplies to help!
