I am still very new in the freshly milled flour journey, but it has been quite eye opening so far! I got my mill and some whole wheat berries (hard and soft) while I was waiting for my Azure order to come. I decided to start with a non-yeasted bread, as those tend to be less finicky. I made these Lemon Poppyseed Muffins, and they were amazing!
