Instant Pot Dried Beans & VIDEO

I love my electric pressure cooker! I use it to make all sorts of sides and dinners, especially in the summer when I don’t want to heat up the house. I have also been known to forget to thaw my proteins, and often turn to my Instant Pot for a tasty plan B. 🙂 It is also great for doing the not-so-fun jobs like cooking beans. Dry beans are SO much cheaper than canned. I love Azure Standard organic, non-GMO beans. They are a great price! No matter where you get yours, you will save lots of money cooking them from a dried state (not to be confused with Arizona). 🙂

I have a YouTube video below for the EASY process that I use. I have found that one pound of dried beans yields about three cans worth of cooked beans. I portion in bags and stash in the freezer to be grabbed when needed. Cheap and cheerful!
