I have baked hundreds upon hundreds of loaves of bread, but for some reason sourdough always scared me. I have no idea why! 😂 I think it may have to do with the fact that I tend to kill living plants, so why would sourdough be safe from me!
After watching countless how-to videos, I finally landed on these cookbooks. They did not disappoint! Elaine’s method is easy, and I had success creating my starter on the first try. I have made several loaves since, and they have all been a success. I have a VIDEO down below for one of the loaves, and I’m sure more will follow as continue down the sourdough path.
