I have a video at the bottom of this post for this autumnal landscape painting, using Paul Rubens and Mungyo oil pastels! These pictures show the initial sketch and some of the colored pencil underpainting. I love the grays and autumnal colors! Fall is right around the corner. 🙂 I love graveyards. They are peaceful and full of history. They are also a reminder of the shortness of this life and to be sure we are prepared for eternity afterwards. There is a beauty in the stillness of graveyards-a gentle reminder of our humanity.
