I’m back with one of my favorite art supplies-oil pastels! These water soluble oil pastels are even easier to use. They layer beautifully, and when slightly diluted in water, spread easily. They are so creamy! Strathmore toned tan paper works very well with oil pastels, and I love how the tan color sets off the bright florals! Do you love to work with oil pastels? I also used a little Lyra crayons and Jane Davenport wax crayons. They are also both water soluble and a bit harder, lending themselves well to more detailed lines.
