This was a fun painting of a floral fountain that I saw in a magazine. I was drawn to the whimsical colors and European feel. I used my toned tan art journal and sketched in charcoal. I have a video of the process at the bottom of the post!
For the oil pastels, I used a combination of Artecho and Sennelier. I love adding bits of gold to my paintings! I also love to use my colored pencils to help with some of the detail work. I loved painting this and hope that you try it out!


This is such a fun palette! These bold colors are timeless, and the pop of gold is perfect for details and the edges of the fountain.
