This castle is in the land of Not Structurally Sound. 🙂 Thankfully, it doesn’t matter on paper. It was fun to paint! I used mostly Artecho oil pastels with a few of my Paul Rubens Haiya pastels. I have a short video below!
These fairytale colors are fun to use. I was using a reference photo of a castle with a wall coming towards the foreground and a quiet river flowing past. Don’t be afraid of failure! Art must be created in order to improve at it. 🙂
