Fluffy flowers are a bit of a show-off in the botanical world. They definitely catch the eye in the garden. 🙂 I am using my Strathmore toned paper art journal for this fun peony in oil pastels. I mostly used Mungyo, Artecho, and Paul Rubens. I have a video below!
