Oil Pastel Winter Woods Because It’s Hot!

It is a very hot week here in my state! My perfect temperature is about 65 F, so real-feels of 100s is not my thing!! It is time to bring out the winter landscapes to remind ourselves that there is always hope. πŸ™‚ I have a VIDEO at the bottom of the post for this oil pastel painting. I use Mungyo Gallery, Paul Rubens, and a random Artecho on Strathmore toned paper. I love to tape off the edges with washi for a nice, clean finish.

This is a simple landscape that you CAN paint! I hope you try after watching the video. πŸ™‚

I also used my Prismacolor colored pencils for some details and lines. I love that our art supplies can work well together.
