This oil pastel painting features a simple day with a cup of tea, sitting by the window thinking of life. I think in 2026, people have a hard time being alone with their own thoughts in the quiet. I think it is a good thing to do, since we live in such a noisy, busy world. I painted this on Strathmore toned tan paper.
