Using Colored Pencils on Cardstock For Cards

Colored pencils were my first art supply love, and I still use them on a regular basis. I often use them with watercolor, as their opaque textural strength helps the look of watercolor. Here, I have done the opposite. I started with colored pencil, then added a bit of metallic watercolor. I love the effect! You can dip into your cardstock stash with simple flowers to make unique, handmade cards (VIDEO BELOW).
