This painting was fun! for the lavender flowers, I used a wet-on-wet technique. After they dried, I then added the blue and gold. I love the feathery effect that the wet-on-wet technique gives! Of course, I also had to do a bit of splattering. 🙂 I used a stamp set from Creative Expressions Sam Poole for the Paris script and numbers. I added a painted border. I’ve created a seamless pattern (seen below). This was a fun art journal painting in my Strathmore Visual journal. I hope you try this technique!
