I didn't video this process, sadly, but I did take pictures along the way. I love how he turned out! I love historical fashion, so naturally, Mr. Otter needed some clothes! :) I have the steps of the painting process in pictures below, as well as my art supplies of choice. I also added some shimmery gold here and there on his outfit and in the background. Here are the art supplies that I used: Watercolors by Kuretake and Derwent Inktense pencils. ... View the Post
Mungyo Watercolor Crayons & VIDEO
I love Mungyo oil pastels, so I was excited when I saw these affordable watercolor crayons. They are water soluble, so they can be used dry and wet, which makes them a great travel art supply. Mungyo watercolor crayons reminded me of my set of twelve crayons from Jane Davenport. Watch the VIDEO to see specifics while comparing the two products. I don't think that they are on the same level as Caran D'Ache or Lyra Aquarelle crayons, but I think that they are a good product without a huge ... View the Post

I love this flower. :) Canva editable frames available in the shop! CLICK HERE ... View the Post
So Many Inky Flowers!

This post is full of pictures in my art journals of various little paintings. I often take these and use them in surface pattern design for papercrafting and fabric! The rich, bold color of bottled inks give life to the most simple flower. Some inks have shimmery goodness as well! Find my ... View the Post
