Faber-Castell Polychromos & VIDEO

I am a Prismacolor girl, but we were gifted these Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils that I wanted to try. They were really nice! Being oil-based, they did perform slightly differently than the wax-based Prismacolor colored pencils. I was also trying out some Soho paper (that did not go well), and then switched to my favorite Strathmore toned tan paper. Maybe the Soho sketchbook would be better with graphite? I’ll have to try it.

By the time I was done, I brought out my Derwent Inktense pencils. I do love my colored pencils! 🙂 What is your favorite brand?
