Freshly Milled Spelt Pasta in Philips Pasta Maker & VIDEO

Making freshly milled pasta at home is made even easier with the Philips Pasta Maker. I have a VIDEO HERE. My latest video shows freshly milled spelt lasagna sheets and spaghetti made form Durum wheat. You can use the pasta right away, freeze it, or dehydrate it. I love my Cosori dehydrator for so many thing, and it dries pasta very well.

In the time it takes to boil water, your pasta dough is made and starts extruding. It is that fast! The booklet has many variations and ideas. There are people who like this pasta maker a lot (it is a lot cheaper), but I have not tried it.
