Mixed Media Feather Junk Journal Look & VIDEO

I love flipping through my Somerset Studio magazines! The articles and gorgeous art is always inspiring. This mixed media painting is inspired from a junk journal collaged page that I saw in the magazine. I have a VIDEO at the bottom of the post. ☺️

The feather was done with Derwent Inktense pencils. Most of the background was painted using Soho oil pastels. They are very creamy! I love using my Sennelier gold oil pastel for lovely little details, and the pencils again for the script. This was all done on gray toned Canson paper. I love how it turned out!
