I love my electric pressure cooker! I use it to make all sorts of sides and dinners, especially in the summer when I don't want to heat up the house. I have also been known to forget to thaw my proteins, and often turn to my Instant Pot for a tasty plan B. :) It is also great for doing the not-so-fun jobs like cooking beans. Bread Machine Cranberry Loaf & VIDEO
I love using my bread machine to knead for me, but it is also great for baking. My oven is then freed up for other things (though, it caught on fire in March) :). My last bread machine pan died, so fortunately I had a new one "waiting in the wings", so to speak. This cranberry bread is great with a bit of butter, but it makes amazing turkey sandwiches, too!
